Holographic fans are types of displays that produce a 3-dimensional image seemingly floating in the air using the principle of POV (Persistence of Vision), using strips of RGB LEDs attached to the blades of the fan and a control-unit lighting up the pixels. As the fan rotates the display produces a full picture.

HOLODOC 3D works by connecting your phone to the device via Wi-Fi. You can then upload videos and photos directly from your phone through our app. You can upload media files from your phone’s camera roll or download 3D animations from our content library.

HOLODOC 3D mobile app supports standard file formats such as MP4, MOV, JPEG, and PNG. 

HOLODOC 3D Comes with a preinstalled set of custom videos specifically modified for you. 

You can upload videos/images using our IOS/ANDROID App.

Please note that the fan comes with pre-added content as per the media package selected during checkout. 

iPhones and Android smartphones are all compatible with HOLODOC 3D.

Although ideal video upload length should be approximately 3 minutes, bigger videos can be split and added for better performance.

HOLODOC 3D is pre loaded with appropriate 3D Medical/Dental Content that is customized with the logo of the practice. 

We have upgrades available during the checkout to add more variety of content into the fan. 

We also share all the files via google drive link so you can easily manage the content played on the device.

HOLODOC 3D is not limited to the provided animations. You can upload your own videos and images directly from your phone’s camera roll. Background for the images must be removed.

Please note that black color is not displayed on HOLODOC 3D, black color is portrayed as transparent on the display that gives the device a holographic image. 

With cover: better protection, makes almost no noise from the fan.

Without cover: better floating in “mid-air” holographic effect, noise from the fan. 

Please note that we sell HOLODOC 3D with protective covering only to ensure maximum safety. 

Installation video/instructions will be provided as well as virtual technical support will be provided for installation. 

It is recommended that a professional is called for basic assembly, mounting the wall mount or stand on wall and basic setup. A person can easily use our video/PDF guides to use HOLODOC 3D easily.

6 Months Support warranty is provided on HOLODOC 3D display fan.

Please note that our quality assurance and quality checking processes are extremely strict, we will provide you with appropriate updates as well as images/video of your products before dispatch on request. We ensure each device is working and optimized as per your need.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect. In such cases, we will process an exchange for the defective product. Please note that returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the product has been used improperly or damaged due to electricity, physical impact, fire, or water.

As each order requires custom animation preparation, please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping. Once shipped, domestic delivery takes 2-4 days, and international delivery takes 5-10 working days. We use reputable shipping companies like FedEx and UPS to ensure timely delivery.
