Order Preparation:

Shipping Timeline:
Domestic: After shipping, delivery takes 2-4 business days.
International: After shipping, delivery takes 5-10 working days.

Shipping Partners:
We ship our products using reputed shipping companies like FedEx and UPS to ensure timely and secure delivery.

Order Processing:
Allow 1-2 business days for processing and handling. If you haven’t received a confirmation email with further instructions within 3 days from the day you placed an order, please reach out to us at support@oralens.com.

Address Changes & Cancellations:
Kindly double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact support@oralens.com as soon as possible. We can only change the address or cancel the order if it hasn’t been shipped yet.

Cancellation Charges:
Free cancellation is available before order acceptance. After order acceptance, a 50% cancellation fee applies if the product has not been shipped. Once the product is shipped, no
cancellations are allowed.

International Shipping & Duties:
Buyers are responsible for any import duties or customs fees applicable in their country.
Oralens Healthcare is not responsible for these charges.

Returns Policy:
Due to the custom-made nature of the product, returns are not accepted. Exchanges are only allowed if there is a manufacturing defect.

Exchange Process:
If your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact support@oralens.com within 14 days of receiving the product to initiate the exchange process. Products sold are non-returnable otherwise.

Product Inspection:
Upon receiving the product for exchange, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the necessary criteria for an exchange. We reserve the right to reject the exchange if the product shows signs of use, is in an unacceptable condition, or has been damaged due to improper use,
